How do I purchase Razer Care Elite for Xbox Controllers?

Hello, I have purchased a brand new Razer Wolverine Ultimate controller for Xbox on Amazon.com. I would like to purchase the Razer Care Elite protection plan to extend the warranty of the controller for up to 3 years, but I am unable to validate my serial number online to purchase the warranty. I have been contacting support since 5 days but I am unable to reach them. I have tried chat, phone call and email -- no one helps, they keep on passing me around asking me to contact the right team. I am tired of this kind of poor support. The Razer Care Elite plan can be purchased within 15 days of the date of purchase of the product. How do I purchase the Razer Care Elite plan for my Xbox Controller? Thank you!
