How do I remove this from my mouse.
There is something of a white stain on my mouse. I have tried to wipe it with alcohol wipes but it does not work. This stain appeared when I came home in the rain. My mouse was next to an open window resulting in it being wet. The mouse is a Razer Viper 8khz. Please help.

+1For me it looks like plastic damage (scratch), water can't do such thing.
