How do I save a lighting profile to my Razer Huntsman TE keyboard?

Hi, I can't seem to save my lighting profile directly onto my keyboard. As soon as I close Razer Synapse the lighting reverts to default. When I reopen Synapse it goes to colour profile I want. All I want to do is to make my keyboard lights blue and not needing to log into Synapse for it to work. Hope you can help, thank you.
