How do I save/sync custom EQ on Nari Essential Headset

Hi, I'm desperate for help. I've got the Razer Nari Essential headset today and I've downloaded the Synapse 3 software as well. I cannot find how to save/sync my own custom EQ onto the headset. Every time I do my own custom EQ there's no option to save it. So I created a profile name for that particular EQ and then I close the software, turn off my headset, unplug the usb wireless transmitter, plug it back into my Playstation 4, but it's always the same standard balanced EQ and not my own custom one. Can anyone help please? Thanks
