My Razer Viper Ultimate's backplate has a hairline crack down the centre of it and was wandering if there was a way I could either order a replacement part or send it in for repair.

Please be advised that we mostly replace peripherals, and we do not offer repairs for them. Also, we do not have any replacement backplate for your Viper Ultimate. By the way, how did the crack appeared? I can try to check if it's covered within its Warranty Limit. Do send me a copy of your proof of purchase so I can validate its warranty status.
