Picked up an original Iskur chair today, was out in the curb because the broken weld on the basement I've seen dozens of posts about while trying to find the parts to fix it. I seen some people were having luck out of warranty just emailing support and getting a link to order the replacement parts needed but whenever I go to the support page all I get is being told the serial number is out of warranty and to go here and ask for help from the community. Literally every single other company I have ever bought anything from just has an openly posted support email or a basic from to send a support email. How the heck do I just ask a simple question of how much do I owe you guys for one part on a diagram? I'm willing to buy the darn thing I just need a part number or a link to buy it
