How do I tell my Razer Kraken Kitty V2 BT are charged?

This might be a bit of a dumb question, but I am not exactly sure how to tell my headphones are charged. The manual booklet shows a picture of the LED with some lines (making it look like a sun) which I assume represents blinking, and then the LED with no lights which I assume means it's not blinking. But mine is now blinking green with big intervals (So Blink-Blink Long Interval Blink-Blink). I don't know if that means it's above a certain percentage or if that means it's full, it's not exactly clear because it started out by blinking red. I haven't turned it on at all yet today; I took it out of the box and plugged it into the USB port of my PC to charge it to ensure I started off with a full charge.
