I want to turn off a fan on my Razer Blade 17" 2019 RZ09-0314x.  Can someone tell me the register format to allow me to do this using REGEDIT or?

 I know this is not normally recommended but here is why I want to do this.  I am on a 4 month cruise with my  laptop.  One of the fans is incredibly noisy and very annoying and my battery is starting to bulge.  So, it is not practical to physically replace or even physically disable the fan at this time.  I do have the machine on an external cooling platform and the mean and max temperatures for the various parts do not exceed 45 and  80 degrees respectively.

I have tried various actions including changing the fan speed using the Razer Synapse Performance Tab,  using the AFUWINGUI and AMIBCP tools, the SPEEDFAN tool, and the Notebook Fan Control tool, but I was unable to affectively turn off the fan with any of them.

I figure if I knew the correct registry entry to change and the meaning of the bits in that entry, this would be the best way to accomplish my goal, although I am open to other approaches as well.

I do plan to either replace or get the machine fixed once I am home again, but I would like to be able to limp along without this horrible noise while travelling.
