How do I validate, authentication code isn't working with MOL

I can't authenticate my code and I can't use the points that I purchased, Srsly? Date and time are sync and my google account is authenticating just fine on its own. But with Razer it is says that I have the wrong code. Is there a QR code from the Razer site that I need to scan again? There's almost information on this at all on the Razer site. Garbage.

Hi there! Did you change your phone unit? If so, you will need to reset your authentication method/device. Send me a PM with the email address associated with the account so I can help you with the reset.
