I recently made a purchase & received no confirmation email or receipt of any kind. The website states you can contact support via email, phone or chat but I am not seeing anything to be able to do that. Everytime I click on get support (email, phone, chat) it just takes me to a page that doesn't give me the option to create a ticket or provide any Razer contact information?
I am having the same problem
Google "razer support", it's the contact support page. Good luck, they cancelled my order for "verification" issues and now I have a 10 day hold for $3850 on my credit card. I would steer clear of these guys, order through a 3rd party if you must use razer. Worst customer experience of my life and not exaggerating.
Guess I should feel lucky: same issue but only out $400. No email, no order history and absolutely could not get to any actual useful contact information. I eventually got to chat but I had to put in a dummy serial number. Even then the single link went to tech support instead of order support and I had to be transferred. Ultimately they can open a case by which time hopefully the order will have already arrived making this 2-hour effort useless.

Technically not out of any money, it was just a pre auth that I'm still waiting to drop off but yeah, pretty ridiculous. I had no idea it was this bad or I would have just went through Best Buy.



I also found out chat support is tech support only and had to solely communicate through e-mail... only to be told that verification support is a different department than order support. You'd think I'm making this up.
