Hello everyone, so 5 weeks ago I contacted razer support for them to repair the common charging issues with the nari ultimates. and the last proper reply i got was feb 2 its almost 8 days. How long am I expected to wait? sorry if im a bit impatient I just expect more for a brand like razer.
