I submitted a ticket about my warranty for a headset where the fabric had peeled off and I was waiting for a reply but it’s been over 2 months. It says that it can take up to 72 hours but I recently submitted a new ticket and it has been multiple days as well.
How long did it take for you guys to get a reply?
