How long does it take to get an RMA resolved?

Here I am about a month in and still no updates. I never get my questions answered I just get the generic email response maybe once a week. I mailed my Razer Trinity mouse almost a month ago and still i have no ETA on when stock will be refilled in order to send me a new one.

An RMA can take up to three weeks tops and that already includes shipping the replacement to you. It is possible that the mouse you have is currently out of stock.
