How long for response on a support ticket?

I have raised a support ticket on 14th March about the wireless dongle being broken, and am yet to get any form of response on that ticket.

 

How long is it expected to get even an acknowledgment on a new ticket? It’s not even a hard request, just need a new wireless dongle sent out.
