How long should a warranty process normally take?

Hello there,

I started a warranty case for a defective headset (Blackshark V2) which I wanted to warranty because I really liked the headset. I started the warranty case in early November and had the headset sent to Razer (in their possession) by December 1st. At this point, I figured it would be 3-5 days until they shipped me the replacement device, which is what they listed on their website and continue to send in email. I wasn’t in any rush anyways, and I figured the Holidays would effect some of the speed, however it’s been almost a full month without any other updates other than the copy paste emails claiming “Within the next 2 business days, you can expect to receive an email update with your replacement's outbound tracking number.” I’m just wondering if this is kind of on par for Razer warranty’s or if others have had better luck.
