hello everyone i sorry for many mispells. english is my 3rd language and i am still learning it. I have recently contacted razer support about a phyical damage that many people faced with the same problem with the blackshark v2 pro and the agnet “mark” about it and he said i got aprroved for a one time fix.
he told me that it would take around 24-48 hours. i was fine about it since i would just wait for an email. but now it is almost 48 house and i have not gotten the email yet. (and he said if i didnt repond in 24-48 the ticket will close.
i am kinda freaking out since i will be missing the one time aprroved fix and may not get it again. please someone answer me as soon as possible.
(should i be worried?)
