I contacted support through the online form and I didn’t receive even an automatic email in reply, let alone an actual answer.
Here’s my problem :
I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 headphones November 7th, 2021 as a gift for my son.
I want to activate the THX Spatial Audio and I don’t seem to be able to. It requires an activation code, which I don’t have. I didn’t receive any such code along with the invoice - I looked at the invoice I saved in my email.
What are the steps to activate this option?
