How to calibrate Mouse on Custom surface? | Razer Insider

Hello.

I am the owner 2 days Razer Naga X so have problem, want to calibrate naga to custom surface witch synapse 3 but cant..

Please help sensor is going crazy
Something has changed in Synapse, because I remember, that custom option WAS available, and it's not available now.

wow interesting, my synapse it show the custom on the very bottom. have you tried to reinstall ?

Quick update: I've found that not all Razer mouse have ability to calibrate a custom surface (which is strange).

I've tested at work on Atheris - and it has no custom calibration option.

At home I've tested RVU, DeathAdder Elite and Viper Mini, and the last one doesn't have custom surface callibration too - only predefined presets.

Thanks for sharing mate! And yes, I've noticed this behavior too. I am using a non-Razer Mat but I have a Razer Naga Chroma and I have the "Custom" calibration option.







Hi TheTrema! Thanks for sharing your feedback/concern here. Please send our devs a message by clicking the Razer Synaose 3.0's avatar at the top-right corner, and select "Feedback". Allow me to submit a case to our Support Team as well. Please send me the following:



a. Razer Synapse 3.0 logs.

b. The device's serial number that starts with "SN".



Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue our conversation there.
