How to Change Phone Number?

I feel like I’m in a loop. I just need to change my phone number so I can do 2-Factor Authentication for my Phone and PC and to Update my details. I don’t have access to the old phone but I have access to everything else. How do I change my phone number? The website just kind of throws you in a loop when trying to contact support.

I would like to connect my Razer Kishi to my PC account to make use of features. I would really appreciate the help.
