I won a giveaway on Instagram from the official Razer IG account, and they have messaged me about it informing me that I won. I have sent details for delivery but I have not received a reply since. Unsure if they have read my reply either, or my followup message. Who do I contact about it? It seems Razer is unresponsive on direct messages on Instagram. Any help is appreciated!
