HOW TO CLAIM MY WARRANTY????W

Hi

 

I having a lot of problems with my Kaira pro, is making a lot of noise, like static, its impossible to use, how can i claim my warranty? i tried the chat but the IA cant answer me.

Let me assist you with your headset. Can you uninstall your headset drivers by following the steps below and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the audio issue.

  1. Press Windows key + S on the keyboard to open the Search bar.
  2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit enter.
  3. Go to “Audio inputs and outputs”.
  4. Right-click on the Razer headset and select “Uninstall device”.
  5. Restart the computer to completely uninstall the drivers. The drivers are automatically installed on the computer after a restart.
