Guys i forgot to register my products when i bought it on 13 May 2021. And unfortunately i threw out the packaging which shows the product number. 2 days ago my Kraken X mic isnt functioning. The warranty still valid for 2 years but i cant issue it cause i forgot to register the product and i lost the product number. How do i solve this problem?

The warranty of your device is based on its date of purchase. Regarding the mic issue, did you already try any steps to fix or isolate it? If not yet, I strongly suggest you try the steps here.
