i bought a razer viper mini in 2023 jan then gave it for warranty i received razer basillisk x hyper speed it is again having some scroll wheel issues so should i generate warranty in the name of my old mouse or for the mouse which i received after the warranty
I bought 1 no Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse on 10.10.2022 and is 2 years warranty and now the mouse doesn’t turn on. Remove batteries and replace a new one the mouse has completely stopped working. Can I claim a replacement of 1 no of the mouse?

You mean that you’ve submitted a case and no reply? Or did they contacted, you’ve wrote back and no contact?
And IMO you’re fine, since case was submitted within warranty period
