How to connect Viper V3 Hyperspeed with Hyperpooling wireless dongle ?

Hello there, can you please assist me and tell me what to do more to PAIR the mouse viper v3 hyperspeed with the razer hyperpolling wireless dongle? … both are connected directly to PC, windows is up to date, synapse is latest version. Thank you 

 

Hey KingKats2015! Please refer to this article. Otherwise, please try the steps below:

1. Under the Windows Device Manager, go to mice and other pointing devices. You should see both the Razer mouse and Razer HyperPolling Wireless dongle.

2. Right-click on them and click uninstall device. Please select ‘delete the driver software for this device’.

3. Restart your computer to uninstall the drivers.

4. The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart.

5. Perform the clean reinstallation of Synapse following the steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1708. Locate and remove all remnants of Razer Synapse from the PC. Restart your computer and install all available Synapse 3 updates.
