Hi, been trying for a few days to contact Razer support, everytime the chat button is greyed out, so checking the page source and it doesnt even contain a link anywhere! Tried without adblocker, tried on different devices, tried with VPN’s from US and EU…. still always greyed out.
Whats the secret? haha

same issue here. I cant send message via the chat and the phone number is only for US / Canada. Can someone from Razer step up and answer please?
I thought it was going to be just me and it would be blamed on ad blocker 😂
Same issue for me with phone number with me being outside US and Canada! An email alternative might help!

Absolutely, it then says I need to contact them via live chat or call.
Can't use call and the live chat option is greyed out.
