So, I've got a Kraken headset that has been having issues with the audio for several months now and I need to contact support.

 

Ive tried going through the support website, and it confirms my headset is within warranty and I get to a page to either contact via chat or via phone call. I can't do phone call as it's for US & CA only so is unavailable to me.

 

So, I’ve been trying to use the chat contact option during the available hours but I can't even click on the button on the website? I click the writing and it highlights in green but I can't press the chat button that's at the bottom (have added photos) Is there any other way to contact support? Is there an email that I can use instead or something?
