I recently ordered a new razor laptop with RazerCare through the Hong Kong online shop. While I can see the order in my orders page on the website, I never got a confirmation email nor an email with the RazerCare contract even though it said it was sent via email.
Trying to contact support through the webpage keeps me going in an endless loop and it keeps flipping between the US store site and HK site. I finally created a ticket as a “reseller” cause there was no other way to get to page where I submit my issue about the order.
Is there some secret way to contact support regarding online store orders that I don’t know?
