How to DISABLE automatic gain of Seiren V2 Pro

I noticed that when using different applications, such as Zoom, Discord, and Google Meet, the gain of my Seiren V2 Pro automatically increases without me adjusting the physical knob and in Synapse. This causes me to pick up unnecessary and loud noises when using the said programs. Is there a way that I can disable the automatic gain changer of the Seiren V2 Pro? Thank you!
