How to disable USB after shutdown

Hello,
I've connected an external webcam to my Razer Blade 18 (2025). Unfortunately, the webcam continues to draw power even after the laptop has been shut down, whether it's connected via the USB-A or USB-C port. As a result, the camera stays warm all the time. I haven't found a setting in either Synapse or the BIOS that allows me to disable one of the USB ports. Thank you for your help!
