I bought a mouse from Razer Official Store using Lazada app. After I bought , I realized that I choose a wrong section, I didn’t choose for three year warranty. I have asked the customer service of razer (Lazada), he/she told me to explain my situation to razer support and inquire about changing the warranty duration. So, can I know is that possible that I can extent to 3 years warranty? Hope someone can answer my question, thanks a lot.
