I’VE SPENT HALF-AN-HOUR LOOKING FOR A LINK TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM!!

WHERE THE HELL IS IT????

THE SCROLL WHEEL STOPPED WORKING ON Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed, I BOUGHT IT 14 MONTHS AGO.

 

WHERE IS THE LINK TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?????

      https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support → click on PC products → enter serial number. Do all the required steps and you’re be able to submit a case via website or start a live chat (if available in your country).

      brother what do you mean serial number all there is after clicking on pc products is :

      • Peripherals
      • Laptops
      • Desktops & Components
      • Gamer Room
      • Content Creation
      • Productivity
      • Networking 

      When pressing on my issue,headphones,i see FAQ and no field to enter the damn serial code
