My left ear cushion got a problem, and I can’t seen to find any way to solve on the internet.
Then i tried talking with the support, howerver I need the serial number, I don’t know if it is hidden under the ear cushion or anywere else, it says it is behind left ear cushion but cna;t seen to find it/
Also I don’t want to remove the ear cushion without any unnecessery need.

The serial number of your headset is located at the back portion of the left ear cup as seen below.
