I bought my BlackShark V2 last year and tried activating it, but there is no activation card or something; idk. I have no clue that it should be in the box and that I need it to activate my device. please help!!!

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 comes with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse 3. Please follow the steps in this article to configure THX Spatial Audio for headphones.
