how to fix avnera AV6301 or how to fix the pilot probleme of the Razer Nari

Hi, i have the problem of my headset that show as sometimes avnera AV6301. I try all methods such as the firmware, the recovery tool but they stop at the middle of the download. When i have the headset when i play music or somethings after 10 seconds my headset would disconnect so i can not used it. I wanted to know if you know how to solve this problem i try the troubleshooting in my PC don't find any problem but i know there is a problem. I have done all my update in my PC desktop. I also restart my pc and close it twice. I would really appreciate if you know how to solved it because i past all my day trying to find the problem to my headset. thank you,
