I tried using wireless with the dongle and it was working fine until it disconnected 5 minutes after and stopped working. I tried restarting my pc, that didn’t work. i tried using the Razer USB HyperSpeed Dongle Utility but it wasn’t recognizing the dongle on any of my usb ports.
