Hello Razer Support,
I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset and I would like to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
Unfortunately, there was no 7.1 activation card included in the box. I have the headset’s Serial Number, Product Number, and proof of purchase available.
I tried to register the headset on the Razer website in order to obtain the activation code, but I receive the following error message:
“This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support.”
I have never registered this headset before, and this is the first time I am attempting to register it. Because of this issue, I am unable to obtain or activate my 7.1 Surround Sound license.
Could you please verify my device and help me obtain the activation code or resolve the registration issue?
I can provide the Serial Number, Product Number, and proof of purchase if needed.
