How to get 7.1 Surround sound activation code for second hand headset

I have bought a second hand Razer Kraken V3 X and would like to enable 7.1 surround sound. 
But for some reason i need to activate this with a code that i dont have.
I see you need to register the product on you razor account but because i dont have any billing information, for when the origional headset was purched i'm not able to gerister it how would i be able to get this actiovation code?

If the device was linked to the original owner's account and the 7.1 Surround Sound code was redeemed, unfortunately, it cannot be re-registered, and a new code cannot be provided. However, here are some steps you can take:

  1. Attempt to register the headset to your Razer account by attaching a photo of the device, including its serial number.
  2. The activation code is typically included in the device's original packaging. If possible, reach out to the seller to see if they can provide this packaging or the code itself.

For future purchases, I recommend buying from authorized Razer resellers. That way, you can be sure you're getting genuine products.
