Hi,



How on earth do I get good customer support. It's easy to start the conversation but when it comes to someone helping to troubleshoot all I get is silence.



I have a Help Ticket that has been open for 5 days with no responses.

I have a open conversation with a forum admin with no answer for 2 days.

I have a pervious post that was locked; /razer-tomahawk-desktop-mini-fans-not-working.73734/



Seriously give me a hand people. I've got a $4k PC that is brand new and doesn't work. I've troubleshot it to my limited abilities and now need some help.

I understand that you are frustrated, but I'm pretty sure you sent me a PM yesterday, which I answered earlier today. Plus, the case was closed by you after our Support Team offered a replacement so they can get their hands on the malfunctioning unit.
