Got this computer (razor blade 17) almost exactly a year ago and today I open it to see the screen like this and no matter what I do it always pops up to this screen. Anyone know how I can get past it?
I tried ctrl alt delete, esc, and using the key buttons to navigate to “save and exit”. Also, I am not a techy person so please explain things like I’m 5 🥲

Please try to hard reset your Razer Blade using this steps:
1. Plug the Razer Blade to its charger.
2. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.
3. While still holding the power button, unplug the charger.
4. Release the power button.
5. Leave the system sitting for a few seconds.
6. Plug the charger again.
7. Press the power button to power it back on.
Note: At the 10-second mark, the LED on your Razer Blade might blink or flash.
