I ordered a headset on 6th June.
Money was taken on 7th June.
Since then the order is stuck on 'preparing'.
I have emailed support and contacted via Twitter but nothing is being done. My case with support has just constantly said 'coordinating with.... (whoever - logistics etc)'. The last email from them was 14th June.
Razer has had my money for two weeks and done nothing about it. I asked for a refund last week and even that has not elicited a response.
What do I have to do to get this sorted? It is clear the team I emailed initially is not capable of comprehending simple requests so who do I email to get at least a satisfactory response and my money refunded?
I am also considering legal proceedings to recover my money but can't seem to find any UK details so if anyone can help with that it would be great.
I understand that the situation you are in is frustrating and this is not something that we hoped for you to experience. However, there isn't much that I can do without reviewing your case. Do you mind sending me your ticket number via PM?
