I would like to see if I could get a replacement bottom cushion for my Iskur X chairs, I was not able to locate the serial number but I have proof of purchase for the two chairs, both bottom cushions are falling apart, the rest of the chair is perfectly fine. Please help.

Let me assist you with your chairs. You can view the serial number at the bottom of the seat composed of 15 alphanumeric characters as illustrated on page 6 from the guide. Please also send me a PM with photos of the damaged seat cushions and your receipt/invoice so I can include them when I forward your case to our Technical Team. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
