How to get support for out of warranty hardware? | Razer Insider

I have attempted contacting support at least a half dozen times now for batteries that are bulging on a Razer Blade Stealth and a Razer Blade Pro FHD. Each time I am eventually directed to a page that checks my serial number. It of course says I am out of warranty. From there it gives a weak attempt to self-diagnose with links to the forum, FAQs, etc. I know what my problem is... inferior batteries. The thing is bulging so bad that when I sent a pic to a local computer repair, I was told to get it out of my house immediately!



I'd love to get an estimate and send in the unit for repair. It was quite an investment. In fact I paid more for this Razer Blade Pro than my latest Macbook Pro. I'd buy an aftermarket battery but this unit has a 'special' battery that no one carries. I've looked for weeks.
I am dealing with this exact same issue, I invested in this laptop because it is made with quality materials but after submitting my serial i too got an out of warranty message and cant seem to find replacement batteries anywhere. they suggest I buy a new laptop... I am not throwing away a $1500 investment just like that. besides the work on this machine.
