How to pair mouse with dongle without original dongle

I lost my dongle to my deathadder v2 pro, but a have a deathadder v2 x hyperspeed mouse with dongle. I have tried to pair the “pro” with dongle but i cant get i to work. I have tried almost everything they say in their app and on their website.
