How To Reactivate Touchscreen on RazerBook 13

I noticed the touchscreen on my Razer Book 13 no longer works. Under HID in Device Manager the touch screen device is missing. How do I get it back?

    I have the same issue for a long time now. I believe it's the LCD cable being broken. Lots of issues with this model's screen unfortunately.

    I read some people found the lcd cable and repaired it, but I had no luck finding it.
