How to request the link to start Razer log collector

Hi all,

 

I am trying to access my Synapse 4 logs to retrieve the product s/n of my Razer Naga Pro mouse.

 

I believe I should get a link via email from support but I can’t find a way to request it.

 

Any idea?

    Go Synapse. Choose the device. Click the ? Top right. Copy and paste from there.

    Thanks in advance for any help 

    If support ask for a logs, then they’ll send you another email with a custom link to a Synapse log collector (it’ll automatically gather all the data, and send to appropriate case number).

    If you cannot find the email - just tell the Support agent about this - they’ll generate a new one.
