How to save custom backlight setting for BlackWidow V4 75% keyboard

I have a BlackWidow V4 75% keyboard. I’ve created a custom backlight setting in razer synapse software. But the backlight setting is disabled once I quit razer synapse. I’ve already saved the backlight setting in the onboard memory. How could this happen? After closed razer synapse I found no solution to turn up my backlight setting.

Not possible. Chroma settings are not stored into onboard memory.
