How to set my viper v2 pro to 2.4GHZ

So I just bought a PUBG Viper v2 pro with a Hyperpolling wireless dongle and when I try to connect them it wont work. I checked everything it said like: Not connected via wired or original wireless dongle, near the razer hyperpolling wireless dongle, press or hold buttons, and check if its in the latest software. The thing I didn’t check is setting my Viper v2 pro into 2.4GHZ mode. I tried checking online on how to set my viper v2 pro into 2.4ghz mode but I didn’t get any useful information, please help me out.

(Note I’m new in the PC World so i don’t really know anything about these type of stuff)

It’s already on 2.4 GHz both Hyperpolling or the normal Hyperspeed dongle.

Check if you’re on the latest firmware, as it fixes problem with pairing to Hyperpolling dongle: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/6110

I did it and It said I’m in the current update so I can’t update it if I’m in the same current update. If the 2.4GHz isn’t the problem I don’t know what is, please send me more suggestion.
