The Razer Kraken V3 X  includes 7.1 Surround Sound, not a THX Spatial Audio code. Please follow this guide to activate and use it: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/614. If the EQ settings still don’t appear in Synapse, feel free to PM me if you need further help. All the best!
