I purchased my Razer Viper V2 less than 8 months ago and the dongle no longer works. The mouse only works when plugged in. When trying to update firmware it doesn’t recognize the dongle as being plugged in (I’ve tried multiple different ports), and Synapse doesn’t recognize the mouse. I have also tried using it on another PC and the other PC does not recognize it either.

How would I begin the RMA process?

If you bough your mouse in a local shop or amazon - then IMO you should contact them directly.
