I got the Razer Nari Ultimate recently, and I hate how it makes everything quiet when my friends talk. I can't play my games properly, especially raiding. I need my sound cues. How do I turn the feature off?

Did you choose Nari Ultimate - Game as the default audio device? You can also use the game/chat balance to balance out the game and chat audio.
